Innoland unveils third green BPO building
CEBU, Philippines - Innoland Development Corporation recently unveiled its third project to be built at the Asiatown IT Park, in Lahug, Cebu City to help address the city’s need for ample office spaces for the growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
Following its first two projects, the TGU Towers and the first green hybrid condominium Calyx Center, Innoland is set to build The Link.
The Link, a 20-story BPO building distinct with modern architectural works, will have 12 levels dedicated for office spaces. Each floor will have a work space optimized for easy work and supervision. Five levels will be for above-ground parking, one level basement parking and a retail area on the ground floor.
To be built on a 1,789 square-meter lot, 1,350 square-meters of which will be allocated for leasable spaces.
The unceasing growth of the BPO industry in the province prompted Innoland Development Corporation to invest on this third project at the Asiatown IT Park, this according to Innoland chief operating officer Charles Ong.
Ong said The Link will address the growing demand for BPO spaces from potential investors.
Like its first two projects, The Link will adapt a green, sustainable design suited for modern times, which has always been a major factor in all of Innoland’s projects. Ong said that by investing an additional 30 percent, on top of their operation cost, for green innovations, the clients are assured of a new environment.
The Ong family envision more green-inspired project in years to come for Cebuanos to be proud of. They promise both investors and Cebuanos a future where life is “easier and healthier.”
