Tri-J unfazed by crisis, to open another outlet
CEBU, Philippines - Despite the economic challenges that continue to hound the country this year, Tri-J Marketing Inc. and Tire Supply (Tri-J) plans to continue the opening of another outlet this year in Cebu City.
According to Tri-J president Angel Guadalquiver, the company is in the process of evaluating three possible locations for its fourth branch in Cebu City.
Tri-J’s outlets are located on M.J Cuenco, on N. Bacalso St. and in Banilad. The one-stop car shop also has branches in Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City, Toledo City and Minglanilla.
He told The Freeman that despite the crisis, the company did not experience any loss mainly because of the business strategy it is adopting.
“We might have experienced a slowing down of sales. But we offset this by opening up other branches in strategic locations and so far, we have fared well in all branches” Guadalquiver said.
“Tri-J prides itself for being a one-stop shop for car needs. We have everything you need and want from the smallest auto part right to the biggest wheel. We carry the widest array of tire brands in Cebu to give our customers the best choices available in the market. Aside from selling brand new imported tires, we also sell recapped tires. And that’s not all! We also have batteries, lubricants, car accessories and everything you can possibly need to get your car on the road,” he added.
Tri-J also has a complete line of automotive services that are technologically advanced and are handled by well-trained mechanics.
Guadalquiver said Tri-J’s working principle is to serve and release a vehicle on the same day it is brought to the service center. Its branch on N. Bacalso Avenue alone is able to serve and release an average of 30 cars a day.
Tri-J services include car wash, auto detailing, paint protection, rust proofing, complete body repair and painting, airconditioning, upholstery leather sets and plastic matting, car tint and computerized wheel balancing.
