Fonta de Versailles gains positive buyers' feedback
CEBU, Philippines - Property developer Paramount Properties Ventures Inc. intensifies the construction of its nine-hectare beachfront subdivision located in Tulay, Minglanilla known as Fonta de Versailles, after generating positive feedback from interested buyers.
According to Abelardo "Junggie" Cañedo, president of PPVI, they are presently building the homes for the subdivision, which is made up of two phases-the south and north side.
Cañedo said that since they conceptualized and later introduced to the public the project, there were already early reservations for the houses in the new subdivision, which is the second for PPVI in the area. First was the 1.5 hectare residential project, the Coral Bay subdivision.
During a recent open house treat by PPVI in the new subdivision area where the model for the biggest house of Fonta de Versailles was unveiled simultaneously with the construction kick-off for three of the other seven models that they are offering, Cañedo said that they believe that Fonta de Versailles would be widely acknowledged by their target market, which is the high-end community.
PPVI boasts of the two-story, four bedroom "Alessandra" model house which is the biggest of the seven models that has a 200 degree view of Bohol Strait right in the middle of your living room. This is priced at around P14.9 Million.
But Cañedo said that they are also catering to the B and C market with their lowest price at P2 Million and other prices that are affordable for houses that are top of the line. Aside from the Alessandra model, they also have the two-storey Delanna and Isabella and the one-storey Gianina and as well as their Cappricio Grande, Fiorenzo and the Vitorre.
He shared that Fonta de Versailles is the first of its kind in Cebu, which is an Italian inspired community that is stretched all through out the nine hectares with a beach right in front of it and all the amenities that any family would need.
But Cañedo said that in order to maintain their promise of "peaceful living" for their residents, only 200 units would be done in the whole area which will allow the community for their own "private lifestyle."
Cañedo emphasized also that this would give their residents the chance to get to know each other and enjoy the whole place as one community.
According to Cañedo, development for the new subdivision is around P180 million with amenities like a spa, tennis court, resort-style infinity pool and nature trails.
Cañedo also said that after completion of the whole project by 2012, which is their target year to finish, they will also be having another project in Naga, where they are planning to put up another subdivision made up of villas stretched in a six hectare property. This project is estimated at P180 million in developments alone.— AJ de la Torre
