Online marketing levels business playing field

This according to internet marketing coach and business books author Lloyd Luna during a press conference preceding the first of a series of internet marketing seminars hosted by F9 Properties Development and Consultancy, Inc. held recently at Sarrosa International Hotel.

F9 Properties president Emily L. Cabillada said that reaching the appropriate market in an instant without incurring too much has become imperative these days as the global economic downturn has made funds for marketing products very limited.

Thus, the creation of the company that is committed to provide real estate education and seminars to help professionalize the industry and its practitioners.

In line with this aim is the series of seminars they have organized dubbed IM Cebu: The First Internet Marketing Grand Seminar with master coach Lloyd Luna, the best-selling author of published books on career and business development.

Luna said that technology is a tried and tested platform that can help transform lives and businesses if utilized properly.

Luna said they are pushing the concept of internet marketing to help Cebu sales practitioners who are struggling with their business to prop-up sales and boost marketing presence of existing businesses as well as for starters to successfully start a venture.

“With today’s crisis, we have to take advantage of new technologies to capture bigger markets not only locally but even abroad. If you are a small company, you have to appear big to compete and if you are a big company you have to appear small to capture the niche markets,” said Luna.

He shared that the utilization level of internet marketing at this point is still considerably low because most are hesitant to embrace this medium.

But Luna stressed that internet marketing will become a phenomenon that could no longer be ignored as it is becoming the call of the times.

He shared that it was through internet marketing that he was able to become a successful author and had various clients for his web development business.

In the recently held seminar, Luna lectured on search engine positioning teaching participants on how to rank number one in search engines such as Google, Yahoo and other engines.

He also underscored the importance of emails and the strategic way of composing messages and subjects as well as the importance of social networking sites like Facebook, Friendster, My Space, Multiply and among others and how these could be used in marketing a company’s products and services.

He also imparted means and ways to enable one company or individual to auto pilot the business through utilizing an auto pilot internet marketing system which will enable a business to continue earning and growing through auto responders.

After their first internet marketing seminar, F9 Properties Development and Consultancy, Inc. is looking at conducting more seminars on internet marketing and a workshop that will provide actual trainings to the topics discussed to enable interested parties to really learn and practice internet marketing in their operations. — Rhia de Pablo
