Amara P3 posts 82% lot takeup

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI’s) premier residential project in Cebu, Amara, posted an 82 percent takeup of lots for its third phase, since its launching in October of last year.

This good performance was achieved by Amara despite the strengthening of the peso against the US dollar, which is seen to affect the market’s active interest on real estate products, specifically to the dollar-earning buyers.

Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI) an ALI affiliate reported that Amara continues to dominate this market for the third year since its 2005 launch.

When it was first launched, Amara broke sales records with the sale of 92 percent of the lots within a week after it was first offered to the public. 

“The market’s continued enthusiasm for the project was replicated in the succeeding phases. Upon the launch of Phase 3 late last year, 29 buyers offered spot cash payments on the first day to avail of their choice of lots within this exclusive subdivision,” said CHI in a statement. 

Amara, the pioneer in seaside developments in Cebu, is a joint development project of Ayala Land affiliate, CHI with Coastal Highpoint Ventures Development Inc. (CHVI). This scenic community sits on a 46-hectare property located at Barangay Catarman Liloan, Cebu, approximately 18 kilometers from the city.  

Located near the 100-year old lighthouse at Bagacay Point, Amara boast for its perfect balance between the elements of nature and a master-planned design.  Amara will provide the ideal resort-inspired residential enclave for families who can enjoy the rustic, seaside ambiance just minutes from the city.
