Greater benefit to reward loyal customers
MAKATI CITY—Hundred thousands of membership sign-ups capped the year 2007 for Western Union’s Gold Card Program. Customers’ positive feedback prompted Western Union to launch a bigger and better loyalty program by offering its customers more benefits this year.
“The enthusiasm shown by our customers about the Western Union Gold Card has been overwhelming. This is why for this year, we have packed the Gold Card with bigger and better rewards for our customers. And we are very excited about the fact that several well known brands that matter most to our customers have shown support to the program and offer a series of exciting priviledges of Western Union, Gold Card Members,” said Steve Peregrino, Marketing Director, Philippines, Western Union.
The Western Union Gold Card 2008 loyalty program introduces customers to a word of priviledges though its Basic Gold and Premium Gold Rewards.
By simply showing the Western Union Gold Card when making a purchase, consumers can get exclusive access to Basic Gold rewards at Wester Union’s co-promotion establishments such as A1 Driving Company, Kodak Express and Mr. Quickie. More exciting benefits and instant discounts for driving produacts/services, etc. will be announced in due course.
And from now until March 31, 2008, Gold Card customers making a transaction at Western Union’s designated locations will receive Premium Gold reward coupons to enjoy priviledged offers and discounts for dinning, furniture, shoe-repairing and many more retail products and services. The Premium Gold rewards will be updated on a quarterly basis.
“Getting a Western Union Gold Card is easy. Customers may go to any participating Western Union Agent location and fill out a registration form. The card is available free of charge, with no joining or annual fees. Complete terms and conditions of each co-promoter rewards offering are in the Rewards brochure given after every sign up,” explained Peregrino.
