AboitizLand has introduced its first residential project in the Southern part of Cebu, called Kishanta, located on the hills of Lagtang, Talisay City.
The 15-hectare residential community is designed to foster wellness in living, said Gladys Ceniza, AboitizLand vice president for marketing.
"Kishanta is inspired by the aspirations of many Filipinos to own a home in an environment of peace, harmony, and relaxation after years of hard work. For some, that dream has led to the sacrifice of working away from the family. We intend to honor those aspirations. This is the essence of our 'Uli Na' campaign," Ceniza said.
Kishanta offers lots averaging 250 square meters situated in gently sloping terrains. Its amenities include a Zen-inspired Clubhouse, infinity pool, picnic area, herb garden, fitness trail, tree park, Zen garden, & meditation area, she added.
"This place will be an ideal getaway and home conveniently just 12 kilometers or 25 minutes away from Cebu City's central business district, particularly when passing through the South Coastal Road," she said.
Kishanta will be AboitizLand's latest project and the first located in the South. The company's most recent projects are Pristina North in Talamban, Cebu City and Molave HighLands in Consolacion, Cebu.
Ceniza said that both projects have been enjoying better-than-expected response from the market.
"Customers responding positively to its specialized benefits. Pristina North is an integrated community that enables Vecinos (meaning neighbor in Spanish, a term AboitizLand uses to refer to its Customers) to enjoy living, working, shopping and playing in a walk-friendly place. Molave Highlands inspires the highland life with fresh air and fun-filled amenities in a ready community," she stressed.
Molave Highlands, which launched Phase three late last year, has a surging value appreciation track record of 110 percent since 2001. The first two phases were quickly sold out as many Vecinos have already built houses.
Official launching is set on May 12 with Mr. Gary Valenciano to grace the event.
