The 15-hectare residential community is designed to foster wellness in living, said Gladys Ceniza, AboitizLand vice president for marketing.

Kishanta will be AboitizLand's latest project and the first located in the South. The company's most recent projects are Pristina North in Talamban, Cebu City and Molave HighLands in Consolacion, Cebu.
Ceniza said that both projects have been enjoying better-than-expected response from the market.

Molave Highlands, which launched Phase three late last year, has a surging value appreciation track record of 110 percent since 2001. The first two phases were quickly sold out as many Vecinos have already built houses. Official launching is set on May 12 with Mr. Gary Valenciano to grace the event.
