Epson boosts branding with new global tagline

Imaging solutions provider, Epson has strengthened its branding image by introducing its new global tagline "Exceed Your Vision."
The company's officials were here in Cebu recently to introduce this new company development, as it considered Cebu as one of big revenue earner markets in the Philippines.
The new tagline will be an essential tool as the company seeks to strengthen its brand in various markets worldwide, including the Philippines, the company said.
Since Epson's formation as a watchmaker, the company has diversified and established itself as a leader in a variety of businesses.
Based on SE07, its mid-to-long-term corporate vision, Epson has created its so called 3i strategy identifying the three imaging fields-printers, projectors and small-and medium-sized displays-in which it is a leader and which form the core of its business.
"Strengthening the Epson brand has emerged as an important goal for the company as it sets out to achieve the targets set out in SE07 and to strengthen its presence in these imaging markets," the company said.
The new tagline was developed to embody what Epson seeks to provide to its customers, and to indicate to Epson employees the direction in which they should focus their efforts.
Meanwhile, the company also introduced its new product line for Photographer's choice for large archival photos in Cebu.
Commercial photo laboratories will get some competition with Epson Stylus Photo R1800 as it delivers studio quality results on a wide variety of media.
It speeds through every project in various sizes such as in eight popular borderless sizes-up to 13-inches wide, as well as panoramics up to 44-inches long.
This printer's impressive 8-color individual ink system, which incorporates red and blue inks, means one gets a wider color gamut for vivid photos. Its separate matte and photo black ink cartridges are integrated into the system producing the deepest, darkest blacks on matte paper.
As Epson Philippines offers the good quality and affordable printer in the market, it further supports art-related activities in consonance to their new tagline, "Exceed your vision."
Here in Cebu, the company held an art exhibit dubbed as "Epson equals Photo" at SM City-Cebu Atrium last week.

Epson covered about 50 percent share nationwide in both dot matrix and Injet printer markets, the company's continuing focus is to increase its share in the regional areas in Visayas and Mindanao.
