Tabal prepares for EVA Air Run
MANILA, Philippines — Cebuana Olympian Mary Joy Tabal is putting her best foot forward as she prepares for the EVA Air Marathon 2025 on Oct. 26 in Taipei.
The veteran of the 2016 Rio Olympics also called on runners all over the country to join, test their limits and rub elbows with the world’s elite runners.
The event, sanctioned by World Athletics, will feature a full marathon as well as 21K, 10K and 3K. It’s also a family affair and Tabal has enlisted her husband and their three-year-old daughter to join.
Aside from Tabal, Travel Care and EVA Air will bring to Taipei another deserving runner from Central Visayas which the Department of Education will be endorsing.
As a treat to Filipino runners, EVA Air is offering a round-trip airfare promo of $275 until March 30 plus a free registration/entry fee for 3K runners or a NTD500 cashback for other distances.
