CEBU, Philippines — A 22-year-old woman, who was only trying to help victims of a motorcycle accident, was among the three killed yesterday dawn in Brgy. Valladolid, Carcar City after an SK councilor drove his Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) straight to the group.

Klaudet Powao Tobilla, who was with Trisia Nicole Monter, 22, Brgy. Tuyom, Carcar, on board a motorcycle stopped after they saw an accident between two motorcycles that involved four people.

While trying to help, the SUV driven by 21-year-old Rob Joseph Orias, SK Councilor of Brgy. Liburon, Carcar, drove straight to the group. This killed Tobilla, as well as Ian Clark Flores, 21, the driver of one motorcycle, and Ronel Medina, 23, the passenger on the other motorcycle.
