Smart co-presents ‘Alcatel Mobile Invasion’

Smart Communications, Inc. recently co-presented a concert with Alcatel Mobile Phones Philippines as the culminating activity of the Alcatel Mobile Invasion ’07.

The concert featured Smart Buddy endorser Bamboo and was held at the Cuneta Astrodome. Alcatel mobile phones were given away during the audience participation games, hosted by celebrity Epy Quizon and Alcatel host Bono.

Also promoted during the event was a new anti-phone theft device/service by eSTANDARD, a cellphone insurance company that tied up with Versatile Telecoms International, exclusive distributor of Alcatel Mobile Phones in the country.

The event was aimed at promoting Alcatel mobile phones and their promos with Smart. The Smart Gold Trio Plan 800 offers three Alcatel C560 handsets for only P800 a month, or a combination of the Alcatel handset along with a Nokia 1600 and a Samsung C140, for the same monthly plan rate.

Smart Buddy offers the Alcatel C560 handset for only P2,792.90, while the Talk ‘N Text Sulit Offer allows patrons to avail themselves of the Alcatel OT-E101 for only P1,290.
