Premier property developer and leading business process outsourcing (BPO) landlord Megaworld Corp. has forged a partnership with Innove Com-munications for the telecom-munications needs of its major projects.
Through Innove, Megaworld will enjoy reliable voice, data lines, and other high-speed connectivity services for projects that include 1800 Eastwood Avenue, its newest BPO building in Eastwood City CyberPark as well as the first buildings to rise in the mixed-use complex of McKinley Hill in Fort Bonifacio and Newport City in Pasay City.
Innove will also link the corporate, residential and insti-tutional components of these developments.
"Since Megaworld is taking full advantage of this cutting-edge technology, our tenants can expect higher value-added services at reasonable costs," says Megaworld first vice president Jericho Go.
Innove will also install lines at Laguna BelAir (LBA), the most successful township in the Calabarzon.
Developed by Megaworlds sister company, Empire East Land Holdings Inc. LBA homeowners will experience enhanced connectivity to the rest of Metro Manila with the upcoming telecom infrastruc-ture.
Innove is also providing the telco needs of Forbeswood Heights at The Fort in Taguig.
The contract signing was attended by Innove executives led by its chief executive officer Gil Genio, chief administrative officer Racquel Cagurangan, consumer broadband group head Ramon Antonio Pineda, SME group head Maridol Ylanan, and business develop-ment group head Jessie Alano.
Megaworld, on the other hand, was represented by executive vice president Cirilo Manlangit, senior vice president for operations Antonio Tan, first vice president for business development and leasing Jericho Go, and First Oceanic Property Management vice president Rigoberto Santos.
