Globe Telecom, Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications and Research In Motion (RIM) have announced the availability of BlackBerry services on the Sony Ericsson P910i for Globe subscribers.
With BlackBerry Connect, Globe users will now enjoy BlackBerry services on the Sony Ericsson P910i, including push-based wireless e-mail access, wireless e-mail reconciliation and attachment viewing through the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, and BlackBerry Internet service.
The BlackBerry Enterprise Server also supports wireless calendar reconciliation, remote address lookup, IT policy enforcement and commands, and Triple DES encryption.
The wide range of applications available for download enables the P910i to do much more than making voice calls. This camera phone is capable of recording video and still images and provides a good gaming experience on its 262K color touch screen. It is also great for text and picture messaging and provides full PDA functions.
The P910i is based on the open Symbian OS v7.0 and the established UIQ user interface.
