"Preserving the security of information assets of our multinational client base remains a key priority of both C-Cubed and Source One Communications Asia (SOCA), especially in an outsourced environment. C-Cubed is the first call center to be recognized for this," said C-Cubed chief executive officer Eckie Gonzales.
Recently, C-Cubed, together with its joint venture partner Source One Communications Asia, was recommended by TUV Management Phils. for the British Standard 7799 (BS7799) certification.
This means that both organizations have excellently complied with world-class information security standards.
Gonzales, together with SOCA president Pushkar Misra, gathered C-Cubed and SOCAs managers, auditors, process owners, agents and clients in a night of thanksgiving at the C-Cubed facility in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City recently.
Espie Serrano, C-Cubeds information quality management representative, said C-Cubeds new certification is only the beginning of greater achievements ahead.
"The challenge is to sustain the companys adherence to world-class standards. With the unparalleled support of the management and the cooperation of the C-Cubed staff, the company will continue to stand out," Serrano said.
C-Cubed operates one of the largest contact center networks in the Philippines, providing outsourced contact center services to leading companies in the United States and other parts of the world.
In partnership with New Jersey-based Source One Communications, C-Cubed manages the contact center requirements of several large American companies in its world-class contact center at Eastwood City Cyberpark in Quezon City.
