Globe Telecom beefs up Palawan coverage

Intensity G, Globe Telecom’s regional roadshow, recently went to the most southernmost tip of Luzon to celebrate the activation of several cellsites in Palawan.

After intensive cellsite construction work in the province, Globe now has strong coverage in Puerto Princesa City and key municipalities such as Coron, Quezon, Narra, Brooke’s Point, Rio Tuba, Roxas, Taytay and El Nido, among other places.

Intensity G brought popular Globe Prepaid X-treme SIM endorsers July and April to Palawan to liven up the event. They took part in different Intensity G events and activities around Puerto Princesa, such as the Intensity G motorcade, sales blitzes and a free concert.

The Intensity G motorcade kicked off the celebration around the city. People lined up the streets to get a glimpse of July and April and to get hold of the treats the two threw at onlookers.

The two endorsers were then whisked off to scenic Barangay Sta. Monica for a photo shoot and the inauguration of the new Globe cellsite in the area.

After the cellsite inauguration, July and April then stopped by the Intensity G sales blitzes in downtown Puerto Princesa where Globe Prepaid phonekits, Globe Call and Text Cards and Globe Prepaid X-treme Memory SIMs were available.

A free concert top-billed by Manila band Intense at Ki-nabuch, one of the city’s popular hang-outs, capped the Intensity G celebration in Puerto Princesa.
