Siemens customers are also entertained in the concept shop, providing yet another venue for Siemens Mobiles quality customer care services.
According to Clare Alvarez, marketing manager of Siemens Mobile Phones, the Siemens Mobile Concept Shop is actually more than just a store where anyone can check out and buy mobile phones.
"Apart from making purchases, the Siemens Mobile Concept Shop is also the perfect venue for customers to learn more about the special functions of Siemens mobile phones and what they can actually do to enhance their lifestyles with the help of our specially trained technical consultants," she said.
The Siemens Mobile Concept Shop also serves as a customer care center to address the immediate concerns of Siemens mobile phone owners.
"Apart from our latest customer care initiatives with Sykes Asia, the Concept Shop also functions as a customer care center to address the concerns of Siemens mobile phone owners, which include repair of mobile phones from aesthetics to technical," Alvarez said.
"We do our best to make sure that spare parts are available and our frontline people and technicians are trained," she added.
Besides finding a whole range of the latest Siemens phone models and accessories, there are also some fun freebies and services in the Siemens Mobile Concept Shop that sets it apart from other mobile phone shops.
"A mini-lounge area is available for the customers to hang out at while playing with the phones that are available for them to touch and feel," Alvarez said. "There are also two computers that customers can use to log on to for free logo and ringtone downloads and software upgrades, as well as for checking out the latest buzz from the Siemens Mobile homepage."
