LBC Connect gives customers premium and convenient service
MANILA, Philippines — Using a mobile phone for everyday transactions has become necessary for many Filipinos because of convenience, speed and practicality.
LBC knows this need and has kept pace with the growing demand for mobile efficiency and seamless transaction through their new mobile app, LBC Connect.
With LBC Connect, users get the ease to register, update and manage their LBC accounts anytime and anywhere there is connectivity.
They can also track and trace any number of shipments with status-by-status updates on their devices. What’s more, tracking numbers searched via LBC Connect are automatically saved and pinned.
It also finds the nearest LBC branch with the handy branch locator. And lastly, users can raise concerns and contact LBC’s customer service.
Launched just last year in June in the Philippines and worldwide, it’s cumulative download base continues to grow by 20%-30% every month.
“The launch of LBC Connect forms a huge part of our movement towards digital transformation. This is one of the initiatives that will help reshape customer experience through technology while staying true to our brand attributes of clarity, certainty and convenience,” said LBC president Mike Camahort.
Current app users note the convenience of track and trace through the app, as well as the simplicity and ease of its interface.
Users also noted some features that would add more value like scheduling a pick-up through the app, having a barcode reader, and doing online payments.
In response to this, LBC is soon launching new app functionalities and features for LBC Connect. This includes:
- LBC Mobile Branch: Book any LBC service and book online
- Case or Tickets Management: Raise concerns and have them resolved
- Promotions and Rewards
