The technology behind the Schwinn Airdyne Pro Bike

The Schwinn Airdyne bike delivers superior cardio workouts, making it one of the most popular traditional fitness machines.

MANILA, Philippines — If you want an explosive cardio training, I suggest you try the Schwinn Airdyne Pro Bike. This is a low-impact cardio machine that works both your back as well as your leg muscles for optimum training performance. You can do a variety of 20:10, 30:90 or customize your own interval training for faster metabolism and conditioning.

Compared to other airdyne bikes, the Schwinn Airdyne Pro Bike has 26 blades to give you more resistance for an effective workout.  It has multi-grip handles to suit your preferred hand position as you pull and push the machine. This allows one to work on different muscles.

You can switch up your workout for some variety through the slip foot pegs that give you an option to work only your upper body or just the lower part. It also has an oversized cushioned seat to give comfort on your glutes as you exercise. The console features RPM, Distance, Watts, Calories and Heart Rate data throughout the workouts.

Aside from all these, what I like most is the tachometer that gives you details as you rev up your speed and power when you pedal and pull.  This adds motivation to give more power just like a car accelerating when the RPM goes up fast.

Overall, the Schwinn Airdyne Pro Bike is a great machine to improve cardiovascular and performance training in a short period of time. This is great for athletes, HIIT workouts, or anyone who would like to up their heart rate in  a shorter time.
