Ultra You Acer-Intel Roadshow goes around Metro

MANILA, Philippines - As part of its effort to help people explore beyond their limits, Acer recently held a technology roadshow in several cities across Metro Manila.

This enabled the global tech brand to showcase the latest notebook series in the Acer ultrabook line while also connecting thousands of Filipino professionals to inspiring industry leaders and achievers.

The Ultra You Acer-Intel Roadshow reached key areas in Quezon City (Eastwood Mall and eCommerce Plaza), Makati (BPI head office), Bonifacio Global City (S&R Membership Shopping and St. Luke’s Medical Center), and Manila (Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo).

A joint effort between Acer Philippines and Intel, another global technology giant, the roadshow was part of the new Acer Ultra You campaign, which calls for users to leverage technology in ways that bring out their best.

Each leg of the Ultra You Acer-Intel Roadshow also served as a stage for demonstrating the latest Acer ultrabooks, a line of ultra-thin, high-performance notebooks powered by next-generation Intel Core processing technology.

These are the Acer Aspire S7, Acer Aspire S5, Acer Aspire S3, Acer Aspire M, and Acer Aspire P3 — each built with advance performance and design features that enable professional users to succeed.

High-performance Acer ultrabooks

The crowd-pleasing Acer Aspire S7, available in white Gorilla Glass 2 or sleek aluminum, features a 10-point touch-screen full HD display, fourth-generation Intel Core i7 performance, Dolby Home Theater, and the Acer TwinAir cooling system.

The stylish Aspire S5 Series, meanwhile, stands out for its ultra-responsive Intel Core i5/i7 performance, MagicFlip port design, Acer Green Instant On technology, and stunning magnesium-aluminum chassis.

Then there is the Aspire S3, a razor-thin, lightning-fast, Intel-Core-powered laptop with Windows 8 and Acer Green Instant On technology.

The impressive Acer Aspire M Series, meanwhile, also attracted attention for its smart design and performance specs: a 10-point touch-screen display, a full-size chiclet keyboard, ultra-fast solid state drives, and the efficient Acer PowerSmart long-life battery.

Finally, the Aspire P3, an 11.6-inch ultrabook optimized for everyday productivity and mobile freedom, won new users over with its Intel Core performance, beautiful HD display, and revolutionary notebook-tablet hybrid design.

To represent the hallmark qualities of these Acer ultrabooks, the Ultra You campaign identifies eight Ultra You personalities who have achieved resounding success in their respective professional fields.

They are top-ranked motivational speaker Ardy Abello, Toyota Global City president Alex Macapagal, internationally acclaimed filmmaker Erik Matti, award-winning theater actor Audie Gemora, journalist Inday Espina-Varona, multi-awarded race car driver Jean-Pierre “JP” Tuason, blogger and new media consultant Abe Olandres, and e-commerce entrepreneur and Lazada founder Inanc Balci.
