Lenovo appoints new GM for Phl

MANILA, Philippines - Lenovo has announced the appointment of Michael Ngan as country general manager of Lenovo Philippines.

Ngan, a member of the Lenovo East Asia Region Leadership Team reporting directly to Koh Kong Meng, president and general manager of Lenovo East Asia Region, will be based in Manila and will be responsible for driving sales and growth of Lenovo in the Philippines.

Ngan, who formerly served as the Lenovo ASEAN SMB Leader, was responsible for optimizing Lenovo’s unique product and brand offerings for small and medium businesses across ASEAN.

Under his leadership, the ASEAN SMB business saw its market share grow from 6.4 percent in 2011 to a record high of 10.8 percent in the second quarter of 2013.
