MANILA, Philippines - Acer Philippines believes that the gaming sector need not be ignored as it launches not just one but two products with true-blue gamers in mind, giving them that digital multimedia bonanza they have been looking for.

With powerful multi-core processors and advanced integrated graphics chips, the Acer Aspire M7721 and the latest reincarnation from the ever-popular Predator series, the Acer Predator G7750, are both touted to deliver phenomenal enjoyment to avid gamers with the promise of giving them what they want — blazing PC functions and performance coupled with intuitive and out-of-this-world design.

The Acer Aspire M7721 comes with a touch-sensitive Media Control Interface that offers front-access media interface on the PC for primary media playback function.

The Smart Copy button makes copying from an external source like a memory card much easier, while the Smart Backup button helps assure that valuable files can be restored and retrieved in case of storage failure or file corruption.

The pop-up design and glossy finish of the Acer Aspire M7721 gives it a sense of style and a streamlined look, plus conveniently placed ports provide it with splendid connectivity and more elbow room for expansion. Speaking of expansion, the two front-access tool-less hard drive bays are completely hot-swappable in-a-jiffy expanded storage.

With a Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium operating system, the Acer Aspire M7721 has the Intel Core i7 920 (2.66GHz, 8MB L2 Cache, 1066MHz FSB) processor and the Intel X58 chipset.

There are two 2GB DDR3 1066MHz memory modules that give it such blinding speed in terms of processing punch, an integrated ATI Radeon HD4850 1GB DVI graphics solution that makes watching videos and playing games through the Acer P235Hxbmid LCD monitor such a pleasurable experience, and an enormous storage space of 750GB SATA hard drive for all important files and game applications.

Connecting peripherals is never a problem via the two USB 2.0 ports at the front and six at the rear of the Acer Aspire M7721. Plus, reading stored files in external storage cards is no issue with its built-in, multi-in-one card reader.

Now, the Acer Aspire Predator G7750, with its imposing presence and radical design that made it popular among gamers, is back and is stronger than ever, providing supreme gaming power. Looking supremely breathtaking with its well-armored exterior, a Transformers-look front cover and a secure handle for easier transport, the Acer Aspire Predator G7750’s detailed and highly dynamic elements, coupled with super-cool lighting effects, present a visual thrill to tech-savvy gamers.

This groundbreaking design of the Predator series employs the best of processor, graphics and memory technologies like the liquid-cooled overclockable Intel Core i7 950 (3.06GHz, 8MB L2 Cache, 1066MHz FSB) Extreme Edition processor that stays cool even under lengthy gaming sessions, triple channel 2GB DDR3 1066MHz memory, and an ATI Radeon HD5850 1GB DVI graphics solution, perfect for LAN parties to give gamers that truly awe-inspiring gaming pleasure and experience that only the Predator can provide.
