MANILA, Philippines - Whether you think “customer is always right” is correct or not, apparently the superior vow is still “commitment to client satisfaction.”
Because of this the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) admires the thousands of hard-working Filipino call center agents who keep this industry thriving.
The CCAP and SM present After Shift — CCAP Call Center Agents Day, a first-of-its-kind celebration and gathering of call center agents on Nov. 22 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
After Shift — CCAP Call Center Agents Day is a fun-filled, five-in-one event which puts together a rock band concert, motor show, bazaars, a fashion show featuring call center professionals on the ramp, and the much awaited finals night of Jammin 09, the battle of the bands.
Jammin 09 will give a chance to the call center professionals who form themselves into a music band to win as much as P100,000.
Fifteen bands will compete in the finals on the basis of musical skills, audience impact, originality and creativity, among other criteria.
The bazaar, which will showcase gadgets, clothes, accessories and appliances, will open at 1 p.m., as well as the motor show offering promotions and discounts.
Fashionistas, the call center industry’s very owned models, composed of agents, managers and executives, will flaunt their glamour on the catwalk.
Famous local bands are also invited to play while the Jammin finalists vie for the grand prize until 10 p.m.
Sponsored by SM Department Store, this tribute to call center professionals aims to consistently give agents recognition for their successes and to further inspire them to cultivate their other talents, like their inclinations in music and fashion.
The event is organized by DL Media Focus International Inc. For details, call 889-7763 or 886-4407.
