Having an online barkada on Friendster just got even more exciting.
Maylynne Ventura Marquez, or Leyhamz, as she’s known on Friendster, should know. She just got a whole lot of her friends to befriend her alien avatar, which was made through Nescafé 3in1’s ClickClique application.
But that’s not all. Leyhamz, of Biñan, Laguna, also bagged a new Macbook Air, which the leading coffee mix brand rewarded her for having the biggest alien barkada on Friendster. In fact, she now has around 1,600 of them.
“It’s cool and exciting. Just looking at the Macbook Air, it’s like you don’t want to stop adding aliens,” she says.
Leyhamz used the ClickClique application to give her Friendster page an edgy twist. With it, she was able to create her own alien alter ego that highlights and best represents her personality.
“Having an alien version of yourself reveals another side of your personality. That’s the best thing about it. And you make friends, you can arm wrestle with them, have a coffee date. It’s really cool,” Leyhamz says.
The contest may be over and Leyhamz may have won the Macbook Air, but that doesn’t mean others can’t have their own ClickClique alien as well.
