NetSuite named best mid-sized BPO company

-

NetSuite (Phils.) Inc. has taken home the Best Mid-Sized BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Company of the Year (Foreign-Owned) award at the recently held International ICT Awards.

The company bested two other finalists in the mid-sized BPO category, and was also among the finalists for the Best New BPO Locator of the Year.

Organized by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (CCCP), the International ICT Awards seeks to recognize organizations and individuals that have contributed the most to the development and promotion of information and communications technology in the country.

Aside from the CCCP and the organizers, the board of judges also included representatives of the Board of Investments, American Chamber of Commerce, Business Process Association of the Philippines and European Chamber of Commerce.

NetSuite (Phils.) Inc. was judged based on various criteria, including investment in the development of people, processes and technologies; diversity of international clients; management capabilities, corporate social responsibility, and evidence of strong support for the international ICT industry in the Philippines.

NetSuite Inc., the parent of NetSuite (Phils.) Inc., is engaged in providing online business solutions ranging from customer relationship management to enterprise resource planning and to e-commerce. It began local operations last year.

Accepting the award for NetSuite (Phils.) Inc. was James Dantow, vice president for worldwide support and general manager for the Philippines.

“We would like to thank the ICT committee members for selecting NetSuite as the best mid-sized, foreign-owned BPO. This award would not be possible without the efforts of our staff and the support of the NetSuite organization,” he said.
