December 4, 2006 | 12:00am
Miriam College, along with Assumption College, College of the Holy Spirit, and St. Scholasticas College, recently celebrated the fifth anniversary of the Consortium of Womens Colleges (CWC) by launching a series of e-learning modules.
Originally conceived as a mode of cross-enrollment for students, this project will allow students to learn subjects online.
Each school has an assigned area of specialization: Assumption College-Psychology, College of the Holy Spirit Mathematics; Miriam College Business Communication; and St. Scholasticas College Biology and Theology.
All completed modules are now uploaded at www.cwcphils.org.
True to the celebrations theme of "Transforming Society through the Education and Empowerment of Women," this project signifies the CWCs commitment to remain strong together for the women leaders of tomorrow.
