Diagnose your Net connection

-
Indanet Internet, the retail arm of Asiagate Network Inc., is providing free Internet diagnostics services in order to upgrade the quality of connection of its subscribers.

The subscribers’ quality of connection is monitoring from Indanet’s technical center so users are spared from the hassles of calling customer service to address a particular connection problem.

Since connection quality is constantly monitored, Indanet takes a proactive stance in addressing problems. Subscribers are contacted to determine possible problem areas, and concrete measures are taken to immediately resolve a problem.

Liza delos Reyes, Asiagate chief operating officer, said subscribers who often complain of dropped connections attribute the failure to the Internet service provider (ISP). While an ISP’s connection my indeed contribute to poor quality, there are also several other reasons beyond the responsibility of the ISP for connection to go bad.

"In our efforts to provide the best user experience, Indanet has gone the extra mile to study the various elements that affect connection quality." delos Reyes said. "Our study revealed that incompatible dial-up configuration, old hardware drives and poor phone line quality are just some of the factors that affect an internet connection that are way beyond the control of the ISP. With Indanet, we take the problem of providing subscribers with the solutions."

Indanet provides the most customizable internet service available in the country. As a full service ISP, it offers a wide range of digital Internet access products with unique features.
