Infostructure forms eGroup

Infostructure Systems & Consulting Corp. (ISCC), developer of PeopleWARE, recently formed PeopleWARE eGroup aimed at developing an online community of people care practitioners and enthusiasts who will collaborate, learn and share people care concepts, techniques and best practices.
Within a few days since its debut, the PeopleWARE eGroup grew to 64 members, consisting of the human resource and finance staffers of companies using PeopleWARE such as the JG Summit companies, Jollibee, Philamlife, Bank of Commerce, Philips Semiconductor, Toshiba and Manulife and other prospective PeopleWARE users, according to Nilo Poso, chief executive officer of Infostructure.
An e-debate on "The Future of People Care" is going on. Other events lined up are online chat with noted human resource practitioners and an online summit on key HR issues such as performance management and Internet recruitment.
