AqualiPure develops mobile potable water treatment system

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - AqualiPure Water Systems and Equipment Inc., one of the leaders in the water treatment and filtration systems in the country, has come up with another innovation with the introduction of the Mobile Potable Water Treatment System.

This mini “water treatment plant” is ideal for typhoon-devastated and calamity-stricken areas. It is a great response now made available to local government units, far-flung communities, and places where there is no power and drinking water available.

The system is fully equipped with micro-filtration, ultraviolet and ozone disinfection system. It is a simple plug-and-play system and can be brought anywhere.

The water treatment system is rack-mounted in a trailer, and can be connected to the main source of water for easy installation. It can produce 1,200 gallons per 10 hours approximate, is self-contained and comes with its own piping, faucet, and food grade plastic tank.

It is equipped with 3kw genset for unhampered operations during blackouts. In addition, the system has been upgraded to include a submersible UV in the water tank. Ozone atoms when exposed to UV light produces hydroxyl, the most powerful oxidizer known to man that will destroy all organic and most inorganic contaminants, including arsenic and cyanide, making water clean and safe to drink from almost all types of fresh water source, even murky water.
