Robinsons Malls extends CSR thrust through The Gift of Change program

MANILA, Philippines - Keeping with its commitment to assisting the communities it is present in, Robinsons Malls took part in the recently concluded Binyagang Bayan in Dagupan, Pangasinan. Held at the St. John the Evangelist Cathedral, the mass baptism was officiated by Father Alvin Platon, Father Fedelis Layog and Archbishop Socrates C. Villegas, providing  baptismal rites to  babies and children from Brgy. Poblacion West and Brgy. San Miguel.

Families of the beneficiaries  received gift packages containing childcare essentials and food supplies from Robinsons Malls through Robinsons Malls The Gift of Change, a coin bank donation program that enables Robinsons Malls to continuously support 23 communities with other initiatives such as Pailaw sa Barangay where LED light bulbs are donated to impoverished households; Libreng Bakuna, a free vaccination drive; Kasalang Bayan, a project-partnership with parishes helping wed underprivileged couples; Pintura Para sa Eskwela where cans of paint are donated to help restore and maintain public schools; and The Gift of Sight, an ongoing campaign providing free eye screening and prescription eyeglasses to indigent communities.
