Avida Towers Turf Prime condo units up at BGC’s ‘active side’

MANILA, Philippines - Avida Land, a unit of property giant Ayala Land Inc., is putting up Avida Towers Turf BGC in the North Bonifacio neighborhood to offer efficiently designed units suitable for practical living in the metropolis.

Highlighted in this newest offering are three-bedroom units designed with space maximization in mind. With only 18 residential units per floor, Avida Towers Turf BGC is a rare low-density condominium in the district, assuring residents of their own private space.

The first tower of Avida Towers Turf BGC will be turned over by March 2020.
