MANILA, Philippines - SM Prime Holdings Inc., the leading integrated property company in the Philippines, was cited for three major awards in the recent Southeast Asia Property Awards in Singapore.
SM Prime was recognized as the “Highly Commended Best Developer” with its mall brand SM Supermalls as the “Best Retail Architectural Design” for SM Mega Fashion Hall, the upscale expansion of SM Megamall, SM’s largest mall in the country.
On the other hand, Shell Residences at the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay, a project of SM Prime’s housing arm, SM Development Corp. garnered the “Highly Commended Best Landscape Architectural Design” award.

The Southeast Asia Property Awards was held last Oct. 21 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.
Last July 9, SM Prime won the Best Developer Award in the Philippines, the highest award given by Ensign Media in the Philippines Property Awards 2015. This made SM Prime the Philippine entry to compete against other developers coming from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam in the Southeast Asia Property Awards.
