The Vantage points to luxury living at the heart of the Metro

MANILA, Philippines - Upscale developer Rockwell Primaries is bringing its brand of convenient and high-quality living spaces to Pasig with the launch of its first integrated high-rise towers at the heart of the city.

The Vantage at Kapitolyo in Pasig City, in the midst of Metro Manila’s four major business hubs, will consist of two high-rise towers with a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom formats, sized between 29 to 91 square meters (sqm).

Aiming to provide exclusive and private condo living to its clients, the P4-billion project will just have 11 to 17 units per floor, with 38 percent studio-type units (29-30 sqm worth P3.6-3.9 million), 30 percent one-bedroom units (40-43 sqm worth P4.1-4.9 million), 19 percent two-bedroom units (51-61 sqm worth P6.5-8.5 million) and 13 percent three-bedroom units (89-91 sqm worth P10.3-12.1 million).

One of the key features of the new high-rise is the choice of every client to put up a balcony in their units, as well the added toilets and bath for two- and three-bedroom types and a utility area for house helpers.

Considering consumers’ goal to balance life and work, The Vantage will feature retail shops on the first two floors of the establishment where mostly services will be offered such as salons, restaurants and convenience stores. A six-level podium parking is also part of the blueprint.

Furthermore, an amenity deck on the 7th floor with swimming pools, lawn play area, courtyard, fitness studio and function rooms will also be put in place.

On top of the aesthetics, The Vantage will ensure security and safety for its homeowners through 24-hour CCTV surveillance and key card access to all the units.

“Being a real estate developer, our work does not end with putting up residential and commercial buildings and we always deem our homeowners’ welfare as a vital aspect that we always consider even at the turnover of their own units,” Rockwell Primaries senior vice president Malou Pineda said.

Construction will start by the first quarter of 2016 while turnover of units is targeted  on September 2020 to allow payment flexibility for its clients. As of this month,  The Vantage has around 30 units already reserved.
