MANILA, Philippines – Empire East Holdings, Inc. and Datem Inc. held last week the official concrete pouring ceremony for The Rochester’s Parklane Tower, signifying the start of its construction.
The Parklane Tower is the eighth out of the ten towers that comprises The Rochester.
Its façade is designed to have an Asian modern theme, giving its residents an authentic feel of style and luxury. Datem’s Engineer Gerardo Sulit revealed that the new tower would also use pre-cast walls.
“It is quicker to install this type of material because it can withstand any weather. The materials used are also proven to be more durable,” Sulit said.
The Rochester, which offers an environment that allows residents to enjoy both the exclusivity of a condominium and the warmth of a small town, is located along Elisco Road in San Joaquin, Pasig City.
