MANILA, Philippines - Leonio Land has donated a 4,219-square meter lot to Dolores Elementary School in Porac, Pampanga as part of the 27-hectare area the local developer had earmarked for turnover to the entire community of Brgy. Dolores. Additionally, the school structures were enhanced by the donation of two air-conditioning units for the faculty and the prep students’ rooms. Leonio Land also officially awarded financial grants to qualified college students from Brgy. Dolores as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. “One of our major advocacy programs is education. It has always been a part of the company’s mission to give back to the community through education. We believe it is the key in bringing the fruits of growth and progress to the people of Brgy. Dolores in Porac, and in Pampanga in general,” said Angelito Dizon of Leonio Land. Leonio Land is developing more than 1,000 hectares of property in Porac into a master-planned central business district and mixed-use community together with real estate giant Ayala Land. Easily accessible from the Porac exit (NLEX-SCTEX), the township project is envisioned to be the growth center of Central Luzon once completed.
