Bfs offers discount on pre-owned properties

MANILA, Philippines - BFS has launched “Fruits of Your Labor,” its most aggressive pricing campaign to date, to help in government efforts to provide housing for every Filipino family. With over 2,000 pre-owned residential properties in NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and other surrounding provinces, buyers may avail of lots for as low as P55,000 and additional discounts for cash purchases. Fruits of Your Labor campaign is available for a limited time only.  Since 2006, BFS is the mortgage servicer of 52,000 delinquent loans from the National Home Mortgage Finance Corp. with more than half of the total number resolved.
