Seminar series set for real estate brokers’ licensure exam
MANILA, Philippines - The Urban Institute of Real Estate will conduct several sections of the 120-hour comprehensive real estate seminar (CRES) for prospective examinees in the board examination for real estate brokers set in March 2015 by the Professional Regulation Commission. The seminar spans 24 sessions and complies with the 120-hour CPD units required by the Real Estate Service Act (RESA) to qualify as a real estate broker. The different sections are as follows: Quezon City (Fridays, starting Sept. 26, from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Conference Room 5 & 6, Walter Hogan Conference Center, Institute of Social Order, Ateneo de Manila University); Makati ( Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. starting Sept. 13, and 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., starting Sept. 20; Wednesdays, 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. starting Sept. 17; Sundays 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. starting Sept. 14; and Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. starting Sept. 9, all at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Conference Center in Legaspi Village Engr. Enrico Cruz, the first and eighth placer in the real estate appraisers and brokers board examination, respectively, will again directly manage and supervise these seminars. In the last exam, Urban Institute produced 22 topnotchers, almost sweeping all top 10 positions except No. 5, with a passing rate 21.94 percent higher than the others.
