Avida opens biggest VisMin showroom

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) subsidiary Avida Land reinforces its commitment to the company’s fast growing VisMin projects with the opening of a new showroom in Atria Park District, Iloilo City. Avida’s biggest showroom in the VisMin region, it  gives  guests  a preview of the dynamic lifestyle that awaits them at Atria, the residential component of ALI’s Atria Park District. The showroom features a relaxing modern contemporary design that highlights two of Avida’s Atria developments, Avida Storeys Atria and Avida Towers Atria. In addition to seven model units, the showroom also showcases ALI’s overall plan for the 31-hectare Atria Park District, a masterplanned, mixed-use development that integrates residential, retail and business clusters as well as educational and healthcare institutions. Located at the emerging city center in the bustling area of Mandurriao, the Atria Park District residential development aims to promote the live-work-play vision of Iloilo with its centralized amenities, a neighborhood center with an integrated retail strip, a promenade, and a spacious landscaped plaza. Leading the blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Avida Showroom in Atria Park District are: (from left) Pol Tanco, head of Project and Strategic Management Group; Galen Sharma, Avida Vismin sales head; Rose Lizares, treasurer, Kapideco Group; Pacencia Labad, president, Kapideco Group; Edgardo Pison, acting manager, Kapideco Group; and Bing Gumboc, head of Avida’s sales and marketing.
