Paseo Verde at real starts construction

MANILA, Philippines - LEED Inc’s Paseo Verde at Real, its first green community project in Pulang Lupa Uno, Las Piñas, held recently its groundbreaking to signal the start of the development’s two-year construction.  In photo are (from left): Jun Garong III, LEED Inc.’s marketing director; Boysie Apolonio, sales director; Reginaldo Dela Cruz, project director; principal architect Rolly Mercado; Dennis Lee, LEED Inc. vice president; Dario Sinogba, project manager; and Jonathan Castro, senior project architect.  Paseo Verde at Real is a 1.1-hectare mid-rise condominium development which boasts of a green standard of living for its owners. The project is accredited by the Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) and the Philippine Green Building Council for its steps towards promoting a sustainable community.
