SMDC tops off Grace Residences

MANILA, Philippines - Grace Residences in Taguig City capped off the completion of its 12-story Tower 1 with a topping off ceremony. ‘This milestone is important for us because it shows how we’re committed to delivering the project on time,‘ said Roncel A. Nebre, SM Development Corp. (SMDC) Grace Residences project director. Grace Residences is SMDC’s first mid-rise property development in Taguig right near the main thoroughfares of C5, EDSA and South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). Towers 1 and 2 have already been sold out, with Towers 3 and 4 still available in the market.
