Linden Tower starts construction

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The first concrete pouring ceremony to start the construction of the 12-story Linden Tower in Tagaytay Highlands was held recently, with key executives in attendance (from left): VP for sales Zenia K. Sy, Highlands Prime Inc. (HPI) vice chairman Willy N. Ocier, HPI senior vice president for operations Mary Eleanor A. Mendoza, club president Jerry C. Tiu, VP for project development Imelda G. Francisco, AVP for project engineering and management Nestor M. Javier, and Momentum Construction & Development Corp. owner Juan Dy. Linden Tower is the last addition to the nine-tower Woodridge Place, of which seven buildings are already fully sold. It offers 113 well-planned one- to four-bedroom units to families seeking that ideal lock-up-and-leave mountain resort getaway. The project is scheduled to be finished by early 2016.
