MANILA, Philippines - DCTC & Garcia Realty Developers Corp. has started works on a 19-story building intended for students and young couples who plan to stay at the University Belt area.

The project, D&G Residences, is a mere three-minute walk to University of Sto. Tomas (UST), across the España pedestrian overpass at Moret St. in Sampaloc, Manila.

“ It consists of eight studio-type units per floor, with two passenger elevators, function, study and gym area at the roof deck,” said D&G Residences sales manager Cherry Ann Amoroso.

She said the units all measure 18 square meters and are fully furnished. The low-density, limited number of units per floor ensure privacy and exclusivity to unit owners, she added.

“ We aim to secure the community for our unit owners, combined with convenience and luxury as we will deliver our units with the option of having them fully finished and furnished specially designated to maximize the area,” she said.

Amoroso noted that their main selling point is anchored on the company’s theme, “Own a condo with a price beyond your imagination” to  encourage young couples and the students’ families to start investing their money in the condominium.

She said the launch price of their units starts at only P85,000 per sqm, cheaper than the prevailing price range in the area of between P100,000 to P125,000 per sqm.

Meanwhile, their commercial spaces ranging from 17 to 36 sqm are also offered for just P125,000 per sqm.

She said almost 80 percent of the units have been sold out.

“Invest in a condo now with the best installment payment it offers, starting for as low as P10,000,” she added.
