MANILA, Philippines - Triple Capricorn has changed its name to Luxe Asia Properties Inc. to consolidate all its projects under one corporate name as it gears up to service a global market.
Under Triple Capricorn, founded 19 years ago by renowned entrepreneur Philip Go, the company has built townhomes and duplexes along Visayas Ave. and Magdalena Rolling Hills Subdivision in Quezon City, Dapitan St. in Manila, Provident Village in Marikina City and Duterte St. in Cebu City to cater to start-up families and upwardly mobile young professionals.
Commercial developments such as Sunshine Square in Mandaluyong, a business arcade for lease, are also part of the Triple Capricorn array of projects
The company has since built and completed residential and commercial developments in Luzon and the Visayas since 1987 and has formed partnerships with brokers and brokerages in the United States, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Dubai in the Middle East to accommodate foreign markets composed of retirees, OFWs and property investors.
Under Luxe Asia, the property developer has firmly established its presence in Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, Pasay City, Marikina City, Malate and Cebu City through various projects including Shaw Residenza, a 23-floor residential condominium in Mandaluyong; the Asiawealth Tower, a 28-story condominium along Leveriza St. in Pasay, and Le Mirage de Malate along A. Mabini St. in Manila.
A big project currently underway is Pacific Coast Residences – a unique gated community within the BF Homes Subdivision in the Las Pinas side of BF Homes that has private resort-style homes patterned after the seaside communities along the Pacific Coast in California. A favorite of expats and the growing foreign community, the new residential project is made up of low-rise condominiums sprawled over two hectares.
“The units are designed for minimal maintenance and encourages family bonding because of the layout of rooms that open up to each other,†said Joy Cruz, Luxe Asia vice president for marketing. “Environmental concerns were also carefully seen to. All the trees in the property when bought are still standing. The houses are well-ventilated, high-ceilinged and take in lots of sunlight.â€
“So far we have been getting bulk buys from Singapore and Korea and also reaching out to Filipinos based abroad,†says Cruz. “We are focused on selling ready-for-occupancy projects and are aiming to hasten the delivery of more high-quality and luxurious yet affordable condo living by making part of our inventory available for pre-selling.â€
Cruz revealed that Luxe Asia has always had the reputation of being the go-to developer for people who want to move in their units ASAP. “Investment-wise, we offer guaranteed income for local and foreign investors in one of our projects,†she added.
Three more phases of Pacific Coast will go up in the second quarter to complete the cluster of 10 low-rise buildings that will be logistically supported by a laundromat, coffee shops and convenience store, with the Marina Clubhouse as the hub of the community. Luxe Asia will launch another high-rise project, Shaw Residenza 2 , which will have bigger units and a spectacular view of the Wack Wack Golf Course, in 2015.
As a developer and contractor, the company has invested in a complete line of construction equipment (tower crane, telescopic crane, freight elevator, concrete pumpcrete, aluma form works) to assure quality construction and finish projects at affordable prices.
“Our goal is to develop long-term relationships with our investors and end users by providing them with sound property investments of global standards. It is the hallmark of Triple Capricorn, and now Luxe Asia, to deliver projects where luxury meets affordability. We are committed to turn over beautifully designed, dependable and long-lasting structures for home or business,†Cruz added.
