Avida bags 4 Asia Pacific Property awards

MANILA, Philippines - Avida Land, a subsidiary of property giant Ayala Land Inc.(ALI), bagged four awards at the recently concluded Asia Pacific Property Awards, gaining the accolades from the award-giving body for the second year in a row.  Avida received recognition in three categories of the regional competition: Best Development Marketing in the Philippines for Avida Towers Vita, Highly Commended Residential High-rise Development in the Philippines for Avida Towers Asten, and Highly Commended Mixed-use Development in the Philippines for Serin West Tagaytay and Avida Towers Atria and Avida Storeys Atria. Avida Towers Vita is located in Vertis North, ALI’s masterplanned, mixed-use, sustainable city center in Quezon City.
