MANILA, Philippines - The perks of condominium living in prime locations can now be enjoyed right away as Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) rolls out a new brand catering to those looking for finished homes.

Choice locations that save homeowners from the stress of traffic and manageable payment terms are just some of the features of Right Homes, the newest RLC brand that will allow buyers to immediately move into their own units, even  while still paying.

RLC vice president Mybelle V. Aragon-Gobio pointed out that acquiring property through pre-selling requires long payment and buyers only get to move in or rent it out once construction is done.

Hence, RLC is taking advantage of the underserved market for finished homes. Right Homes offers ready-for-occupancy (RFO) and lease-to-own condominium units in affordable brand Robinsons Communities, mid-range Robinsons Residences, and the upscale Robinsons Luxuria.

Maglaya said Right Homes is breaking the notion that buyers have to pay in full for an RFO condominium unit.

“There are people who can’t afford to pay for amortization and rent at the same time,” said Aragon-Gobio, adding that RLC took into consideration homeowners’ need to invest in a place or buy a home through a single payment.

Maglaya said buyers who don’t have sufficient savings or credit to buy a unit can avail of a two-year lease-to-own package. The tenant can occupy the rented unit after signing a lease/purchase agreement, with all the lease deposits counted as part of the downpayment.

For instance, rent is as low as P12,800 for the P1.5-million units; P28,000 for the P3-million units; and P46,000 for the P5-million units.
