Ilustrata starts construction

MANILA, Philippines - Property Company of Friends Inc. (Pro-Friends) officially marked the start of construction of Ilustrata Residences, the latest condominium development along Boni Serrano Ave. (formerly Santolan Road) in Quezon City. Once completed, Ilustrata Residences will be a six-building residential community, occupying 1.2 hectares. ‘The first concrete pouring ceremony is an important milestone for us and for our partners and customers,’ said Augusto G. Leonardo Jr., Pro-Friends EVP.
