Phinma Properties launches Hacienda Balai themed residence

MANILA, Philippines - Phinma Properties, the property development arm of leading conglomerate Phinma Inc., is expanding its residential condo portfolio for the affordable market as it introduces its themed residence, Hacienda Balai, in Quezon City, the latest condominium project to cater to more middle income-earner families.
