Geo-Estate starts work on The Beacon’s Amorsolo Tower

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Construction of The Beacon’s Amorsolo Tower will soon start with the demolition of the old showroom, which will be the site of the third and last building of the Geo-Estate Development Corp. project.

â€œWe expect to start construction of the Amorsolo Tower two weeks after the demolition of the old showroom,” said Miriam O. Katigbak, president and COO of Geo-Estate.

The new showroom that also serves as sales office was already constructed on the ground floor of The Beacon’s first building, Roces Tower. Model units are the actual units, which homebuyers can view on the 32nd floor of Roces Tower.

Amorsolo Tower will be similar to the first tower and will have the same 45 floors with studio, two-bedroom and penthouse units. Units can be combined to form bigger homes. Its open-air roof deck also has two barbecue areas, where residents can hold weekend cookouts or small family gatherings while enjoying a spectacular view of the Manila Bay and Makati skyline.

“Like the construction of the first tower, our estimate for Amorsolo is that it will take about three years to build,” Katigbak said.

Roces Tower was completed last year. The second building, Arnaiz Tower, is undergoing finishing touches before occupancy, which is targeted this quarter.

The Beacon also boasts of outdoor amenities such as a 450-square-meter swimming pool with two lap lanes, kiddie pool, landscaped garden, 300-meter-long jogging trail. Arnaiz Tower hosts indoor amenities such as a bi-level gym, playroom, first aid clinic, spa and mini theater on sky lounge.
