Light residences starts turnover

MANILA, Philippines - SM Development Corp.(SMDC), the residential development arm of the SM Group, has started the turnover of units at Tower 1 of Light Residences, a three-tower residential condominium in Mandaluyong City. Tower 1 has a total of 1,307 units. Light Residences is situated on a 1.9-hectare prime lot at the corner of EDSA and Madison St. ‘Light Residences offers the convenience of in-city living with its proximity to business districts, commercial centers, educational institutions, churches and hospitals as well as access to the MRT station. Lim, SMDC president. Light Residences will soon feature a two-level mall which will house an array of shopping and commercial establishments as well as its own Savemore Market and cinemas.
