Amaia builds on dreams

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Amaia Land Corp., the economic housing arm of property giant Ayala Land Inc., is taking its commitment to fulfill Filipino households’ dream of owning affordable yet quality homes to a higher level.

This as the company embarks on an aggressive expansion binge in Metro Manila and adjoining provinces – the acknowledged growth corridor of the Philippine economy.

Several residential projects are soon to rise in the provinces of Cavite, Pampanga and Laguna while a number of project launches were made in Sucat and Bicutan in Paranaque, and in Pasig City.

Amaia boasts of two mid-rise projects in Paranaque – Amaia Steps Sucat and Amaia Steps Bicutan Phase 1. Launched in November 2012, Amaia Steps Sucat is now selling its fourth building due to fast take-up. On the other hand, Amaia Steps Bicutan was launched January this year and is currently at 47 percent take-up.

Amaia Steps Sucat is accessible from South Luzon Expressway via Sucat Exit, from West Service Road, and from NAIA Road, and is a mere 20 minutes from the Makati Central Business District via Skyway.

Amaia Steps Bicutan, also in Paranaque, is for people who prefer to reside closer to the Makati Central Business District, accessible from South Luzon Expressway via Bicutan Exit, and from West Service Road.

Also last January, Amaia launched its  first project in Metro Manila’s central district – Amaia Steps Pasig Phase 1A.

Amaia Steps Pasig is a mid-rise project located along Eusebio Ave., Brgy. San Miguel, about six kilometers away from the Ortigas Center.

Following the success of Amaia Scapes Cavite, the company’s first project in the province, another residential community will rise in a 40-hectare property in Gen. Trias town, a 45-minute drive from Metro Manila.

On the northern front, Amaia’s  planned residential community in Mexico, Pampanga covers 19.3 hectares of land, conveniently located just five minutes away from the Ayala-owned Marquee Mall.

In the western portion of Laguna, meanwhile, Amaia is set to build a 19.12-hectare community in Cabuyao, the sequel to the company’s highly successful maiden project Amaia Scapes Laguna.

Also, Amaia will debut in the 2,000-hectare eco-city Nuvali in Calamba, Laguna, Ayala Land’s groundbreaking self-sustainable mixed-use development south of Makati.

“Amaia sees and seizes the vast opportunities of building quality yet budget-friendly residential projects in the thriving areas of Laguna, Pampanga and Cavite” said Rodney Reyes, Amaia’s project development head for North/South Luzon. “All of these efforts are part of Amaia’s continuing expansion plans.”
